|(a) Any contractor interested in participating in bidding on any Department construction/renovation project should advise the Department thereof in writing. (b) An interested contractor will be sent a contractor's qualifications form to complete and return to the Department. The completed form will provide information concerning the contractor's type of organization, names of partners or officers, type of work performed, experience history, financial condition, bonding capacity, and financial and construction related references. Contractor may update file information as significant changes in status occur. (c) Staff will determine if contractors meet the minimum qualifications for the project before making bidding documents available.
