CHAPTER 509RULEMAKING PROCEDURES
RULE §509.2Suspension of Rules

In any case in which an imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare or a requirement of a state or federal law so requires, the board may suspend the operation of these sections to the extent authorized by law, stating its reasons therefore in writing.
