The license renewal date is the last day of the month of the licensee's birth month. The first renewal of licensure following issuance of the license will be valid for a period of 13 to 24 months, depending on the licensee's birth month. Subsequent to the first renewal period, licenses must be renewed every two years, and the renewal extends for two years.
