|(a) Any board member who is unable to be impartial in the determination of an applicant's eligibility for licensure or in a disciplinary action against a licensee shall so declare this to the board and shall not participate in any board proceedings involving that applicant or licensee. (b) The board shall make no decision in the discharge of its statutory authority with regard to any person's race, religion, color, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, or family health history. (c) Applicant with disabilities. (1) The board shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. (2) Applicants with disabilities shall inform the board 30 days in advance of any special accommodations needed.
