CHAPTER 394MEDIATION AND NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING
RULE §394.5Dispute Resolution Coordinators

Those programs and areas of the Commission that may be involved in mediation will designate a Dispute Resolution Coordinator to perform the following, part-time functions:

  (1) receive requests for mediation;

  (2) identify impartial third parties; and

  (3) coordinate with and assist the DR Administrator.
