| (a) The Board shall pay the costs of each audit under this section only from money appropriated to the Board and approved for that purpose by the Board. (b) The institution shall reimburse the Board for the costs incurred in performing on site audits not later than the 30th day after the date the institution receives a statement of audit costs paid by the Board under this subsection. (c) No later than 30 days after the Board receives an audit report, a copy of the report shall be filed with the institution, the applicable university system, the State Auditor, and the Legislative Budget Board. |
