RULE §79.54Examples Not Exclusive

(a) The determination of similarity is based on the definitions of same, deceptively similar, and similar requiring a letter of consent.

(b) The conditions used in these sections are not meant to be exclusive, nor should they be used to limit the determination of whether a proposed name is the same as, deceptively similar to, or similar to the name of an existing entity.

(c) The examples used in these sections are not meant to be exclusive, nor should they be used to limit the determination of whether a proposed name is the same as, deceptively similar to, or similar to the name of an existing entity.
