SUBCHAPTER AREGISTRATION PROCEDURES
RULE §87.107Annual Renewal

Not later than December 1, a registered tax refund anticipation loan facilitator may renew its registration by providing the following:

  (1) the fees required by §87.105(c) of this title (relating to Fees); and

  (2) any other information required by the commissioner.
