| (a) Applications for initial eligibility determination shall
be submitted to the LWDB in the LWDA in which the provider of training services
desires to provide training. Applications will be accepted throughout the
year.
(b) Provider application submission and LWDB and Commission
application review shall be conducted via the automated, Internet-based eligible
training provider certification system.
(c) Training provider applicants shall be in compliance with
applicable state law, including Texas Education Code Chapter 132, related
to Proprietary Schools.
