| RULE §700.412 | Notification of Findings to Non-School Officials in a School Investigation |
In addition to the notification of findings required under §700.411 of this title (relating to Notification to School Officials of Findings in a School Investigation), Child Protective Services (CPS) must comply with the notification requirements contained in Texas Family Code, Chapter 261, and in §700.513 of this title (relating to Notification about Results). |
