RULE §60.14Living Arrangements

Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clients must reside in:

  (1) their own home;

  (2) a relative's home;

  (3) a licensed assisted living facility;

  (4) a licensed nursing facility; or

  (5) an adult foster care home that contracts with the Texas Department of Human Services.
