RULE §41.303Employer Registration
Repealed Date:07/01/2013
(a) A CDSA must ensure that an employer is registered in accordance with §41.203 of this chapter (relating to Registration of an Employer).

(b) If a person is no longer qualified as an employer, the CDSA must ensure that the new employer is registered as the employer no later than the 30th calendar day after the date the new employer was qualified.

(c) A CDSA must assist the employer when requested or needed to obtain an employer identification number (EIN).
