SUBCHAPTER GGO TEXAN PARTNER PROGRAM RULES
RULE §17.309Use of GO TEXAN and Design Mark
(a) Use of the GO TEXAN and Design mark by program members under this subchapter is subject to the rules of the GO TEXAN Program as provided in Subchapter C of this chapter (relating to GO TEXAN and Design Mark).

(b) Selected applicants must receive written approval from the department to utilize, display, or depict the GO TEXAN mark in any manner associated with the project by the GO TEXAN Partner Program.
