(1) To be eligible for the Military Deployment Deferral
program, the individual will be required to download and complete
an application on www.txsurchargeonline.com or request an application

will rescind the suspension of driving privileges for the approved
applicant, provided the applicant has no other restrictions on the
driving record.
(4) A notice will be sent to each applicant approved
for the Military Deployment Deferral program. The notice will provide
the last date of the deferral period.
(5) Once the Military Deployment Deferral program has
ended, the applicant will have thirty (30) days to pay the balance
due in full or enter into an installment agreement to prevent suspension
of driving privileges.
