RULE §1.52Certificates Provided

Upon registration of an issue of bonds the comptroller provides the following certificates, upon request, for a fee of $1.00 per certificate:

  (1) Registration certificate verifying that the document to which it is attached is a true copy of the approving opinion of the attorney general of Texas and that the bond issue has been registered;

  (2) Signature certificate verifying that the registration certificate on each bond was signed by a person authorized to do so by the comptroller; or

  (3) Cancellation certificate, in the case of refunding bonds, verifying that the bonds being refunded were canceled by the comptroller prior to registration of the refunding bonds; except in cases in which the statute does not require cancellation by the comptroller.
