SUBCHAPTER ACOASTAL PUBLIC LANDS
RULE §155.7Exemptions

Grants of interest from the board are not required pursuant to these rules for the following:

  (1) structures such as buoys, channel markers, beacons, duck blinds, and other similar structures, determined by the board to be minor;

  (2) activities exempted by other statutes.
