| (a) Parties, authorized representatives, witnesses, and other participants in Board proceedings shall conduct themselves with proper dignity, courtesy, and respect for the Board, the executive director, the administrative law judge, and all other participants. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. (b) All authorized representatives shall observe the standards of ethical conduct prescribed for their professions. (c) The presiding officer may, at his or her discretion, exclude a violator of this rule from the proceeding for such period as is deemed just. (d) Violation of rule 470.5 is grounds for imposition of Board disciplinary action. |
