| (a) If the Enforcement Committee decides to offer an Informal Conference to a Respondent, the Director of Enforcement shall give notice of the Informal Conference, including a summary of the alleged violation and the Respondent's right to request a hearing on the allegations at the State Office of Administrative Hearings. (b) If the Informal Conference results in the Enforcement Committee and the Respondent entering into an agreed settlement of restitution or action on the Respondents license or registration, the Director of Enforcement shall prepare an Agreed Final Order to be presented by the Enforcement Committee to the Board for adoption. (c) If the Informal Conference fails to result in an agreed settlement, the Enforcement Committee shall set a formal hearing on the matter as a contested case at the State Office of Administrative Hearings. |
