| (a) Each year, the Board shall include as a part of the annual financial aid report mandated in Texas Education Code §61.230 a breakdown of Tuition Equalization Grant recipients by ethnicity, indicating the percentage of each ethnic group that received Tuition Equalization Grant funds for the academic year at each institution. (b) Each year, participating institutions shall submit the TEG Need Survey, a student-by-student report that reflects its students' need for TEG funds. (c) Each year, participating institutions shall submit a year-end student-by-student report that reflects how TEG program monies allocated to the institution were disbursed to award recipients. |
