RULE §21.991Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  (1) Board--The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

  (2) National Student Exchange--The student exchange program administered by National Student Exchange.

  (3) Undergraduate--A student who has not received a baccalaureate degree.
