| (a) To the extent funding is available, an early childhood
care provider may qualify to receive repayments for three additional years
of service in an eligible facility after completing the required two years
of service.
(b) The eligible early childhood care provider must apply annually
at the beginning of the twelve-month service period.
(c) To remain eligible, the early childhood care provider must
provide twelve consecutive full months of eligible service.
(d) Repayments shall be made for services rendered in the preceding
twelve months.
(e) Repayments are for services rendered and do not have to
be repaid; consequently, no promissory note is required for repayments beyond
the required two-year period of service.
(f) Repayments shall be made copayable to the early childhood
care provider and the holder of the education loan notes.
(g) The board shall provide the early childhood care provider
a completed IRS 1099 form annually.
