| RULE §21.23 | Effective Date of this Subchapter |
Each institution shall apply this subchapter beginning with enrollments for the Fall Semester, 2006. Changes to this subchapter adopted in January 2011 are effective with residency decisions made after the census date of the Fall Semester, 2011. |
