| (a) Each university system, general academic institution, technical or state college, and health-related institution shall provide to the Board financial data related to the operation of each system office and institution. This information should be reported in the Board's annual report of financial activity by fund group. (b) Each community college shall continue to provide to the Board financial data related to the operation of each community/junior college reflecting restricted and non-restricted operating revenues and operating expenses as directed by the Board. (c) Each system office and institution of higher education shall provide the report no later than January 1 of each year using the specific content and format prescribed by the Board. |
