| (a) Once each biennium, the Board chair shall appoint a committee
to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
(b) The committee shall consist of at least three persons,
all of whom are experts in engineering or computer science. The committee
shall include at least one representative of higher education and at least
one representative of industry.
(c) The committee shall report the results of its evaluation
to the Board not later than September 1 of each even-numbered year.
(d) The Board shall report the results of the evaluation to
the governor, the legislature, and the consortium participants not later than
October 31 of each even-numbered year.
