| (a) The Board chair shall appoint an advisory committee to
provide advice regarding implementing the grant program.
(b) Members of the advisory committee shall be experts in the
field of engineering or computer science.
(c) The committee shall consist of 11 members, six of whom
are representatives of companies participating in the consortium and five
of whom are representatives of higher education.
(d) Members shall serve for staggered three-year terms.
(e) The committee shall meet at least once each year in Austin
on a date determined by the chair.
(f) The committee shall elect a chair and vice chair and such
other officers, as the committee deems necessary at the first meeting in each
calendar year.
