CHAPTER 87USED AUTOMOTIVE PARTS RECYCLERS
RULE §87.20Licensing Requirements--Used Automotive Parts Recycling Business License Required
(a) A person may not own or operate a used automotive parts recycling business or sell used automotive parts without first obtaining a license under this chapter.

(b) A used automotive parts recycler license is:

  (1) valid for one year from the date of issuance;

  (2) valid only for the facility listed on the license; and

  (3) is not transferable.
