RULE §366.607	Legal Basis

The Medicaid for Transitioning Foster Care Youth Program finds its legal authority in the following statutes:

(1) 42 U.S.C. §1396d(w);

(2) 42 U.S.C. §1396a(10)(A)(ii)(XVII);

(3) the Texas Human Resources Code, §32.0247; and

(4) the Foster Care Independence Act of 1999 (42 U.S.C. §677).
