RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS
Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the following matters will be taken up for discussion and/or decision by the Railroad Commission of Texas at the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress, Room 1-111, First Floor, Austin, Texas, on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, commencing at 9:30 a.m. The Commission may meet in Executive Session on one or more items, as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
